Wanted to give a shout out to Hocha Cool. I woke up today to guests at our cabin, Pack Haus, in Hochatown alerting us that the AC wasn’t working. With it being Memorial Day weekend, I was initially skeptical that we’d be able to have it fixed during their stay, but I texted Dorothy at Hocha Cool to see what could be done. Their technician made it out within a few hours, figured out the issue, found a replacement part, and got the blower motor replaced in the same day. They came in so clutch for us, were so great to work with, and I can’t recommend them more!

Hochacool has been amazing!! They installed complete system on my new cabin and repaired other HVAC companies faulty work!! Wonderful people, honest and dependable , excellent communication and top notch service. They have won my business forever! Forever grateful!

Every time we’ve needed them—whether it’s a quick repair, seasonal maintenance, or a full system replacement—they’ve come through for us without fail. Their response time is incredible, their technicians are knowledgeable and respectful, and they truly care about getting the job done right the first time. In a place like Hochatown where weather can be unpredictable, having an HVAC team you can count on means everything—and this company never disappoints. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one is definitely needed. Eric and Dorothy, the owners of HochaCool , run an incredible business. They’ve been servicing my unit for years, and every time there’s an issue, their team is out right away—no matter how busy they are or what the weather’s like. They always keep me updated and let me know exactly when to expect them. We’ve had them handle several projects, and they always give us a fair and honest deal. Their professionalism, reliability, and dedication to customer service truly make them the best in the business. Top-notch all the way!

I had an excellent experience with Hocha Cool! From the moment I called, the service was top-notch. Dorthy, the owner, was incredibly kind and attentive, quickly understanding the issue and arranging for a technician to come by in record time—Ross arrived just 20 minutes after my call! Ross was thorough, professional, and efficient. He quickly troubleshot the issue and had my heater back up and running in just 15 minutes. His expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive. I highly recommend Hocha Cool to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and professional service. Dorthy and her team go above and beyond to ensure their customers are taken care of.
