I can see why they have a 5 star rating! Called up Hocha Cool because one of our AirBnB thermostats was throwing an error code. They had Eric out within the hour. He figured out what the issue was, ordered the part and noticed our cleaning crew had missed changing the supply filter in the ceiling for OVER A YEAR! Glad Eric caught that. Dorthy, the owner, was incredibly kind and attentive, quickly understanding the issue and arranging for a technician to come by in record time—Ross arrived just 20 minutes after my call! I cannot recommend Eric & Dorothy and their team enough! We had a large brand-new build and know enough about HVAC to know if we're being taken advantage of or not. We had several bids but when Eric and his team showed up, they were right in line with what we were envisioning. They had the expertise to point out what needed to be done and the integrity to do it the right way. If we had questions, they were answered quickly. They showed up when they said they would and the work was done promptly. They are honest, dependable, and you won't find a better option for your HVAC needs. I am so happy I found Hocha Cool! After researching and interviewing several companies in the immediate area, Eric was by far the most knowledgeable in his trade. He did not disappoint! Our install was not an easy new build. He properly planned from day 1 and executed each stage of install as planned. He is extremely detailed. He had architectural challenges with my build, but never tried to take shortcuts. He returns calls promptly and has a great team of employees. All were always ready to answer questions and always helpful! He has been a true professional and if I could give him a 10 rating, I would. Hocha Cool does great work. I called for an AC issue a few weeks ago, and due to other calls in front of me, mentioned that they may not be able to fix the issue until the following day. Later in the afternoon on the same day I called in, they went out to my cabin, confirmed a bad capacitor in my outside unit, swapped it and had me back up and running in 20 mins. Can’t say enough great things about these guys, as they will definitely be our go to AC/Heating company moving forward. Thanks again!

When I count my blessings, Hocha Heating and Air is on my list. These guys sent someone out on Saturday of a holiday weekend to fix our a/c!!!! And then when we needed a unit replaced, it was done so quickly and so perfectly and Dorothy took care of the registration for us. And I feel like we got the best deal. They were so responsive, knowledgeable and helpful and are all just great people. I have such peace of mind knowing they are maintaining our units.

We recently purchased a cabin near Hochatown and the hvac went on the fritz. Hocha hvac came out quickly and assessed the situation. The representative Hocha sent was honest and respectful and quoted us a reasonable price. They had our unit back on line fast. Thanks you guys.
